When it comes to the human system, the skin is the considered as one of the most important components. The skin provides shelter to the delicate inner organs that need protection. It also contributes to the outer appearance and beauty of an individual. A clean and glowing skin is also regarded as an indication of a healthy state of the body. When you’re getting old, it is normal for your skin change. You might experience loss of moisture, wrinkles and dark spot. Taking care of your skin will help retain the clean and attractiveness of the skin. If you want your skin to remain gorgeous, here are some skin care tips to follow.

Always cleanse your skin
Cleansing is the most effective way of removing dust, dirt and dead layer from the skin. It is also used for cleaning previously applied make up. Cleansing opens the skin pore by eliminating the residual elements on the skin. Regular cleansing makes the skin fresh and clean.

Keep your skin moisturized
All apply a moisturizer every morning after cleansing. Moisturizing your skin will keep it looking radiant and glowing. It will also restore the natural moisture to the skin making it soft, supple and glowing. When applying the moisturizer, make sure you apply it gently on the skin.

Exfoliate regularly
Exfoliating your skin regularly can help revive the skin against complexion dull. Exfoliators whisk away dead skin, leaving it shiny and fresh. However, do not buy an exfoliator that's too rough as it can scrape your skin and leave it damaged. Also apply a moisturizer immediately after exfoliation.

Apply sunscreen daily
Spending time in the sun can lead to visible sign of aging such as wrinkles and dark spot. It is also reported that skin burn can also occur during cloudy days. Applying sunscreen daily before going out will help protect the skin against the sun.

Use creams to fight wrinkles
Always research skin care products to ensure you are getting an award winning skin care product or wrinkle cream. Also, practice facial massage every night at bedtime; this will help relax the face and prevent wrinkles. To practice, press the parts of the face gently for up to 10 seconds.

Avoid hot showers
Hot showers can make the skin dry which can lead to wrinkles. Whenever you want to wash your face, it is advised to use warm water.

Watch your diet
Your diet has a huge impact on your skin. Ensure you include food high in omega 3's and fatty acids such as avocados and salmon in your diet help keep your skin fresh and glow.

This is accomplished by focusing on three phases: 

Week 1 — Detox Phase: Mark MacDonald will show you which foods bloat you, and give you foods that provide super-clean proteins, fats and carbs, and we will provide a solution to flushing out your toxins. 

Weeks 2–4 — Ignite Phase: Mark MacDonald will help you ignite your metabolism which is accomplished by eating every three hours which will add a metabolism booster. We also encourage you in this phase to sculpt your body with cardio and strength training. Mark will also show you how to restore your digestive system with consistent probiotics.
