Every year we see the health of our global citizens get worse and I quickly realized that Zen Project 8 was different then any program I have ever seen before. Because of Global health deterioration, the marketplace is continually launching quick-fix diets that work in the short-term but are often not effective over the long term.
Every new weight loss program promises that they can help you lose weight, but more often then not - a few months later the program ends we see that a lot of people are left searching for the another solution to becoming healthy and fit.

What is The Plan?
We hear a key phrase too often - "easy and quick". Everyone knows that losing pounds are easy on almost any diet and can be achieved on the short term, but where is the support after that? We have found that building a community and providing the support needed to keep the weight off while also enjoying yourself and sharing your success if key to long term results.
How do you become Great at Your Health?
Your ZEN Project 8 education will keep you focused on two main things:
- First, we will show you how to shift your mindset from the mistake of dieting to eating every 3 hours. We don't believe in food restriction and calorie restriction to lose weight or to burn fat. Instead we believe you should eat a balance of your favorite proteins, fats and carbs every three hours in order to stabilize your hormones and just as importantly ignite your metabolism. This is key to ensuring you stick with your plan in the long term by allowing you to eat some of your favorite foods.

- Second, you will change your thoughts from quick and easy to “Fast, simple, realistic and lifestyle.”
In addition to all of this you get to enjoy a community of people along with weekly coaching from the best in the business, Mark MacDonald. Our community shares thoughts, recipes, success stories and more to help keep everyone on track along with motivating our community members.
We've designed the ZEN Project 8 experience as an 8-week course that will deliver the quick results you need to achieve, but more importantly we will keep it simple and fun, so the Zen Project 8 program will become a lifestyle for you and everyone else.
Week 1 — Detox Phase: Mark MacDonald will show you which foods bloat you, and give you foods that provide super-clean proteins, fats and carbs, and we will provide a solution to flushing out your toxins.
Weeks 2–4 — Ignite Phase: Mark MacDonald will help you ignite your metabolism which is accomplished by eating every three hours which will add a metabolism booster. We also encourage you in this phase to sculpt your body with cardio and strength training. Mark will also show you how to restore your digestive system with consistent probiotics.
Weeks 5–8 — Thrive Phase: At this time you will evolve your Zen Project 8 program into a way of life by reprogramming your metabolism with consistency, and diversify your meals by adding in a weekly off-plan meal menu with delicious new foods along with different exercises to also keep you in shape.
